Dumpster Detox provides residential trash can cleaning services on a subscription basis. We pick up the trash bin from your home, transport it to a cleaning facility for a deep clean, and then return it to your home.

6. Disclaimer of Liability for Trash Bin Damage or Other Claims
- No Liability for Bin Damage: By subscribing to Dumpster Detox, you acknowledge and agree that Dumpster Detox shall not be liable for any damage to your trash bin, including but not limited to normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or damage caused by routine handling during pickup, cleaning, or return.
- No Liability for Other Damages: We are not responsible for any property damage (e.g., to your driveway, landscaping, etc.) or any personal injury or harm resulting from our services, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- No Warranties: Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our cleaning services will remove 100% of all contaminants or odors, or that your trash bin will remain clean after service.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dumpster Detox, its members, directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of our services.
- Your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Any improper or illegal substances contained within your trash bin at the time of cleaning.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dumpster Detox’s total liability to you shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the applicable cleaning service during the one (1) month preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Dumpster Detox be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or interruption of business.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription or access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to our interests or those of other users.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
